We ordered food and it came to £43. We was informed it would be delivered within an hour but an hour came and still wasn't with us I rang up and they were quite sharp and not very apologetic. They then said they've been busy it'll be with us within 20 minutes 40 minutes passed and still no food I tried ringing but got no answer it eventually came 1 hour 50 mins of first placing my order the food was ok but the delivery time was poor and the customer service was poor

Ordered at 18.08, estimated delivery 18.42, received at 19.49. Whilst pizza was warm not hot you could tell it wasn't fresh so had been made and then kept warm. I rang and was advised that they were really busy so couldn't estimate when I would receive my food. Its a shame as my 1st choice is always crispy fried, but they can never seem to get their delivery service right

The app basket was completely different to what was really ordered and delivered, so something is seriously wrong with it. The delivered food was ok otherwise, however, the chips soggy and burger bun was still hard from being frozen
